How to Delete Your Be Now Account

Option 1: Deleting Your Account via the Be Now App

If you wish to delete your Be Now account, you can easily do so via the Be Now app. Follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to the Be Now app.
2. Click on the “More” option on the bottom navigation bar.
3. On the next page, click on “Delete Account.”
4. Choose at least one reason for why you want to delete the app.
5. Click on “Confirm Deletion.”
6. In the pop-up, click on “Delete.”

Option 2: Deleting Your Account via Email

If you have already deleted the Be Now app but still want to delete your Be Now account and all associated data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@benow.app with the subject: “Delete Account.”
2. In the email body, please provide the email address you used to sign up in the app.
